Yatta MP Hon.Robert Basil has called on President William Ruto to reduce the cost of living among many other emerging issues that are presently plaguing Kenya.
Basil spoke on Tuesday, while attending the burial ceremony of the late Elizabeth Mukene Kutu at Kyasioni- Matuu Ward in Yatta Sub-county.
MP Basil decried the state of the economy that the Kenya Kwanza Government under Leadership of President William Ruto should be devoted to address.
"I call on President William Ruto to be humane enough and lower the cost of living. Kenyans are suffering. The cost of living is too high "- said Basil
The Super Yatta MP Robert Basil called on President Ruto to make a commitment to Kenyans on the way forward to ease their economic burden.
Basil added that he's fully committed to serving Yatta People rightfully and fruitfully.
He revealed that he's lobbying for the tarmacking of Matuu - Katangi Road.
