Hellen Ndeti spoke this on Friday at Machakos Women Prison, when she graced International Women's Day Celebrations, themed; Invest in Women, Accelerate Inclusion.
The MCA, Hellen Ndeti pointed out that women are the bond that has held together families and the nation, asking all women to remain strong and unbeatable.
Ndeti noted that women are also the pillars within which the country's socio-politico-economic strength is established, saying women need to be fully supported for they play a key role in the Nation.
"This tendency of mocking women and moreso women leaders should stop. If it were not for women, even you men you wouldn't be here. Let's believe in women and women leadership. Let's give women space to even lead the nation. It's possible for us women to deliver"- said MCA Hellen Ndeti.

The International Women's Day is a global day celebrated annually on March 8.
It is a focal point in the women's rights movement.
The day focuses on issues such as gender equality, reproductive rights, and violence and abuse against women.
In attendance was the event host- Machakos County Woman Rep Joyce Kamene Kasimbi, MCAs, Prison top leadership among many other leaders .
