On Friday, it was Ululations and jubilation at Sarova Woodlands in Nakuru, as Mbooni legislator, Kivasu Nzioka, received two awards; Best MP in Makueni County and Best performing MP in Eastern Region of Kenya.
The survey was conducted by Pollsters. The parameters used included development consciousness ,integrity, accountability and honesty among many other leadership traits.
Kivasu claimed the awards for his exceptional, fruitful leadership and performance.
It is still fresh in the electorates mind that the Mbooni MP, Kivasu Nzioka was recently ranked number 10 out of 290 in the best performing MPs category by Infotrak.
Yet again, Kivasu has proved that the sky is not the limit for him , after he has emerged the best MP in Makueni County and Best performing MP in the Eastern Region of Kenya.
Both rankings are attributed to his accomplishments in NG-CDF management, Bursary Issuance, Development Projects, Women Empowerment, Youth Empowerment among many other key aspects.
Mbooni residents who spoke to Rada TV, lauded MP Kivasu Nzioka for fully transforming the constituency and Empowering the constituents.
Under his leadership, Mbooni Schools have been renovated, others newly constructed and others in pipeline of construction.
Youths have been fully empowered for no single year closes with Football tournaments and other programs not held in Mbooni.
Women have been fully empowered through Development projects and Women Enterprise Fund initiation.
Under the leadership of MP Kivasu Nzioka, Mbooni Constituents feel that they are well represented, in comparison with former regimes.
While receiving the two awards, MP Kivasu Nzioka thanked the people of Mbooni Constituency for believing in him and placing him in the best position in Makueni and Eastern Region.
Kivasu was accompanied by Mbooni first lady Juliana Kivasu, Mbooni Constituency top officials among many other friends and leaders.
