Speaking during empowerment events held in Malava (Kakamega County) and Emgwen (Nandi County), Hon. Mutuse affirmed his unwavering support for President William Ruto’s development agenda, citing initiatives that are tangibly transforming lives.
“We are doing real empowerment to lift up our people from poverty,” he said. “Kenyans want real solutions to their issues — not tribalism, empty rhetoric or the politics of hatred being propagated by the opposition.”
Mutuse stressed that only sound policies and well-thought-out programs — such as affordable housing, road infrastructure, education reforms, and the new Social Health Insurance (SHA) scheme — will change the country, not personality attacks or political name-calling.
“Insults and hatred won’t change this country. But housing, education reforms, construction of roads, SHA and housing programs being implemented by President Ruto’s government will,” he stated.
The MP was in the company of key Kenya Kwanza leaders including Sir Farouk Kibet, Majority Leader Hon. Kimani Ichung’wah (Kikuyu), Hon. Bernard Shinali (Ikolomani), Hon. Mugabe Were (Lukuyani), Hon. Josses Lelmengit (Emgwen), Hon. Emmanuel Wangwe (Navakholo), Hon. John Bwire (Taveta), Hon. Fred Ikana (Shinyalu), and Hon. Mishi Mboko (Likoni).
Also present were Women Representatives from Nandi, Kakamega, Trans Nzoia, Migori, and Kisii counties, who participated actively in the empowerment forums.
Hon. Mutuse thanked the people of Malava and Emgwen for their warmth and hospitality.
“Asanteni sana Malava and Emgwen for your love and wonderful reception,” he concluded.
With his continued grassroots engagement and strong advocacy for development-based politics, Hon. Mutuse has reaffirmed his place as one of the most pragmatic voices within the Kenya Kwanza administration.
