MP Mwengi Mutuse Commissions New Administration Block at Mwasang’ombe School, Reaffirms Education Infrastructure Drive

Kibwezi West Member of Parliament Hon. Mwengi Mutuse has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to improving learning environments through sustained investment in school infrastructure across the constituency.

Today, MP Mwengi Mutuse commissioned a newly constructed administration block at Mwasang’ombe Primary and Junior Secondary School in Emali/Mulala Ward, marking another milestone in his education development agenda.
Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Hon. Mutuse said the project is part of a broader plan to modernise school facilities in order to enhance the quality of education and improve academic performance among learners.

“We committed ourselves to modernising infrastructure in our schools so as to improve the learning environment for our pupils and students in Kibwezi West. This is key to better academic outcomes,” said Mwengi

Hon. Mutuse revealed that by June this year, the constituency will have implemented at least one major infrastructure project in every school within Emali/Mulala Ward, underscoring his administration’s ward-by-ward approach to development.
He lauded the residents of Mwasang’ombe for prioritising development over political rhetoric, noting that unity and focus on tangible progress were critical to transforming the constituency.

“Asanteni sana, Mwasang’ombe. I am happy with your resolve to focus on development and not empty rhetoric,” he said.

The legislator also expressed gratitude to residents for their continued support, pledging to work closely with the national government under President William Ruto to deliver more development projects.

“May God bless you for your assurances of support to me and to President William Ruto,” he added.

The new administration block is expected to improve school management efficiency while providing a more conducive working environment for teachers and administrators.

Hon. Mutuse concluded by reiterating his confidence in the constituency’s development trajectory, declaring that Kibwezi West will continue to set the pace in service delivery and education development.
