Masii/Vyulya Ward MCA Hon. Douglas Musyoka has extended warm Christmas and New Year 2025 greetings to the residents of his Ward and Kenyans across the country.
Speaking to the media in Machakos Town after purchasing Christmas gifts for his ward residents, MCA revealed that he would personally distribute the items today in Kavumbu, Masii Town, and Utithini. The gesture, he said, is aimed at ensuring every resident feels included and loved during this festive season.
Hon. Musyoka used the opportunity to emphasize the need for road safety, urging drivers to exercise caution to prevent accidents during the busy holiday period. “This is a time for celebration, not mourning. Let us be vigilant on the roads to ensure everyone arrives safely to celebrate with their families,” he remarked.
He also called on the youth and children to enjoy the festivities responsibly and avoid engaging in harmful behaviors that could mar the celebrations.
Furthermore, Hon. Musyoka urged fellow leaders, including those outside the political sphere, to remember the less privileged and share the Christmas spirit with them. “Christmas is a time of giving and unity. Let us reach out to those in need and make this season memorable for everyone,” he added.
The MCA’s initiative underscores his commitment to fostering a sense of community and ensuring the festive season brings joy to all.
