“We must put aside our political differences and focus on what truly matters—development and the well-being of our people,” said Hon. Kivasu. “I will always be here for you, whether in moments of joy or times of sorrow, because leadership is about being present and serving the people wholeheartedly.”
The MP made these remarks while attending the burial ceremony of the late Janet Munyiva Ndolo at Uumeni Village, Miau Sub-Location, Kako Location in Waia/Kako Ward. He eulogized Janet as a hardworking, committed, and God-fearing woman whose legacy will be remembered.
“She was a pillar in her family and community. Her dedication to those around her will not be forgotten,” Hon. Kivasu said, extending his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. “Let us stand together and support one another, especially during difficult times.”
During his address, Hon. Kivasu also announced that bursary funds for students will be disbursed in the first or second week of April, reaffirming his commitment to education.
"Education is the foundation of a brighter future. That is why we are prioritizing bursaries to ensure that no child in Mbooni is left behind due to financial constraints,” he stated.
