Ndalani Ward MCA Hon. Francis Kitaka has issued a passionate call to the youth across the country to register as voters and actively participate in the upcoming 2027 General Elections. Speaking during a public engagement in Yatta Constituency, Hon. Kitaka emphasized that the failure of good citizens to vote often results in the election of poor leaders.
"Bad leaders are often elected when good citizens fail to exercise their democratic right to vote," he said. "As we approach the 2027 electioneering period, I strongly urge all young people to register as voters and take an active role in shaping the future of our nation."
Hon. Kitaka, who has declared his interest in vying for the Yatta MP seat in 2027, also used the platform to rally the Kamba community behind the Wiper Party Leader, H.E. Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, in his anticipated presidential bid.
He described Kalonzo as a seasoned statesman whose leadership could steer Kenya toward unity, development, and prosperity.
"I call upon the Kamba community to rally behind H.E. Dr. Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka. He is a leader who has consistently demonstrated that he has the interests of Kenya at heart," said Kitaka.
With the 2027 elections on the horizon, Hon. Kitaka’s remarks reflect a growing momentum within the Wiper Democratic Movement as leaders from the region gear up to solidify support behind their party leader.
