Former Machakos Boys Principal and current Executive Chairman of Vihiga United FC, Mr. Indimuli Kahi, has extended heartfelt gratitude to Eliud Owalo, for his generous support towards the football club.
Speaking during a special event held yesterday at Vihiga High School in Vihiga County, Mr. Kahi lauded Owalo for honouring his invitation and donating 30 sets of tracksuits to the team. The gesture, he said, is a strong show of solidarity with the club and a boost to the players’ morale.
“We sincerely thank Eliud Owalo for his kind donation. His presence and commitment mean a lot to us as we continue building the team,” said Mr. Kahi.
In addition to the donation, Owalo also pledged to support the club in addressing one of its major challenges — transport logistics. Mr. Kahi acknowledged this assurance, expressing optimism that such support will enable the team to honour its fixtures without setbacks.
Vihiga United FC, which has continued to grow both in talent and ambition, hopes this support will mark the beginning of a stronger partnership with stakeholders keen on uplifting grassroots football.
