Nzioka Waita Shares Hopeful Easter Message

Former Machakos Gubernatorial Aspirant Nzioka Waita has delivered a powerful Easter message, reminding Kenyans of the triumph of hope, love, and life. Quoting Matthew 28:6, “He is not here; He has risen, just as He said,” Waita reflected on the significance of Resurrection Sunday.

“Today, we celebrate the victory of life over death, hope over despair, and love that never fails,” he said. “May this Resurrection Sunday remind us that even in the darkest moments, there is light ahead.”
He concluded his message by wishing all Kenyans a joyful and blessed Easter, emphasizing unity and spiritual renewal during this holy season.

Waita, who vied for the Machakos gubernatorial seat in the 2022 general elections, remains a prominent voice in the region's political and social circles. His Easter message comes at a time when many citizens are grappling with economic and social challenges, offering a timely reminder of faith and resilience.
Leaders across the country have also used the Easter period to call for peace, compassion, and support for the vulnerable, aligning with Waita’s sentiments of hope and togetherness. His message has since drawn praise on social media for its uplifting tone and spiritual encouragement.
