MP MWENGI MUTUSE REVEALS THAT PRESIDENT RUTO WILL WIN IN 2027, URGES KAMBA COMMUNITY TO EMBRACE EMPOWERMENT AGENDA

Kibwezi West MP Hon. Mwengi Mutuse has confidently stated that President William Ruto is well-positioned to clinch victory in the 2027 general election, citing the administration’s expansive development agenda as a key factor.

Speaking at a highly attended Economic Empowerment Programme event held at Kasikeu Boys' grounds in Kilome, Mutuse emphasized the tangible impact of ongoing government initiatives on ordinary Kenyans, especially women, youth, and small-scale traders.

“President Ruto has done a lot of development, and that is why he will win again in 2027,” Mutuse declared to thunderous applause. “We are supporting women, youth, small traders, hawkers — and this will significantly aid in their day-to-day lives.”
The youthful legislator, who received a hero’s welcome marked by cheers, chants, and ululations, used the platform to call on the Kamba community to move away from what he termed as “politics of poverty” and instead join the government in harnessing available development opportunities.

“The rich and the comfortable who do not understand how even Ksh. 5,000 is significant in rural economies are the ones who are against this drive,” Mutuse remarked. “Mama mboga, samosa and egg hawkers, chomelea mutungi artisans, chicken and goat traders — these people require very little money to stabilize their trade.”

He further noted that grassroots programs like table banking and group-based income generation among women are vital in stabilizing household economies.

“This is what we are doing, and it’s God’s work,” he said firmly. “Those criticizing the program are just selfish.”
Also drawing attention at the high-profile event was President Ruto’s Personal Assistant, Farouk Kibet, who received a warm reception, signifying the strategic importance of the occasion within the Kenya Kwanza political machinery.

The empowerment initiative, presided over by Deputy President Kithure Kindiki, focused on boosting Women and Youth SACCOs across the region. Former Kilome MP Hon. Regina Ndambuki, the event’s host and a 2027 political hopeful, underscored the importance of economic inclusion as a cornerstone of national progress.

The event has marked a significant show of force for the Kenya Kwanza administration in Ukambani, highlighting growing grassroots support and solidifying Mwengi Mutuse’s rising political star. #radatvnews #radatvkenya #radatvupdates
