Machakos County Assembly Speaker Hon. Anne Kiusya has been ranked as the best-performing County Assembly Speaker in the Lower Eastern region, according to a recent survey conducted by RADA TV KENYA.
The poll, which was conducted from January 4, 2025, placed Hon. Kiusya ahead of her counterparts in Makueni and Kitui Counties, recognizing her outstanding leadership, commitment to service delivery, and ability to foster unity within the Machakos County Assembly
As Kenya’s only female County Assembly Speaker, Hon. Kiusya has been lauded for reducing internal conflicts, promoting teamwork among MCAs, and enhancing legislative efficiency.
