Victor Munyaka, Former Machakos Town MP urged Machakos leaders to stop politicking and to focus on their development agendas.
Munyaka was speaking this at Kitanga Village in Kola Ward , Kalama Sub-county in Machakos County, while attending the burial ceremony of the late Mzee Ndunda Mulwa who was the father to Machakos Minister for Roads and Transport Rita Ndunge Ndunda ( Kana Rita ).
He noted that Machakos Residents are waiting nothing from the leaders but their commitment.
"The success or failure of your leadership will be measured by the agenda of transformation of lives of Machakos People, who gave you mandate to work for them. Keep off politicking as at now and work for your people"- said Munyaka
“You already know the leaders who can work for you and those who have nothing to offer so far.You should be able to elect the right people when elections come "- Munyaka told Machakos Residents.
He asked the sitting Machakos Town MP Caleb Mule Mutiso to keep off " self imposed " Oversight Task on Governor Wavinya Ndeti's leadership and focus on his Constituency, noting that Caleb has alot to do for the people of his Constituency rather than involving himself in other leaders work.
"Caleb concentrate on your own work ! Stop disruptions on Governor Wavinya's leadership role. There is alot of untouched work that you have to do for Machakos Town Constituency Residents. Keep off politicking for your desires and concentrate on your Constituency "- said Munyaka
He left Machakos people in suspense, when he noted that 2027 isn't far and he will be thinking on which seat to vie for, saying that he is qualified to vie for any elective seat apart from the Woman Rep seat.
