Governor Wavinya Ndeti Flags Off Foodstuffs For ECDE Learners Across Machakos County. Affirms Her Vision For Machakos.

Machakos County Governor Wavinya Ndeti has today flagged off assorted foodstuffs to be distributed to all ECDE centres in Machakos County.

According to Governor Wavinya,  education is the platform that makes it possible to defeat all barriers, and as the Governor for Machakos County, she will make it possible for all learners to achieve their dreams.

The exercise is in line with her agenda for quality education and nutrious meals for Machakos young learners.
Addressing the Media at Machakos WhiteHouse while flagging off the exercise, Governor Wavinya Ndeti noted that the programme under the education department, that is run by Dr.Consolata Mutisya the CECM,  will enhance increase enrollment in Machakos ECDE's and create a firm foundation for their educational journey.

Governor Wavinya is up to create a brighter future for all learners, guided by "feeding the future" philosophy.

Wavinya went ahead and told off her critics ,saying she won't engage in a war of words with her opponents, saying that she is up to deliver for the people of Machakos.
"I will hold my peace and let those who wish to continue making noise do so. I am answerable to Machakos residents who voted for me"- said Wavinya.

“As a leader, a mother and a mentor to our young people, I do not want any child in Machakos County to miss the first step of their academic journey due to lack of a meal at school. I assure parents of my unwavering commitment in supporting the dreams and aspirations of the young angels in our institutions,” said the governor.
Wavinya said her aim was to focus on improving the quality of early learning, noting that a good foundation was key in unlocking greater academic potential.
